Every project is different; therefore, we can't provide an average price. Prices are determined based on the type of project requested and your project needs. Please contact us for a free quote and to discuss your project further.What's included in your price?
For each project, you get a first draft, a second draft, and a final version. When we're editing only you will receive a final version of the copy.What information do you need to create a quote?

Generally we'll have further questions as we go, which will all be answerable via email or phone.
What is your process for completing a project?
Generally, our projects are developed using the following process1. determining what your needs are and defining the objectives of your project
2. developing the design and specifications of the documentation
3. developing the documentation
4. reviewing and editing the documentation
5. delivering the final documentation
When can you start?
We can generally start your project after we have finalized a timeline.How long will it take?
Completion of a project depends on the specifics of the job, the availability of resources you can supply (for example, subject matter experts, any requested documentation, etc.), and how long you take to review the work.What are the deliverables?

Yes! We welcome clients outside of Minnesota.Do you work with clients remotely? If so, how?
Yes. We can communicate via e-mail, phone, or conferencing. It is completely up to you.Do you travel to client sites?
Yes. We generally travel within the Twin Cities metro. However, If you live outside of the metro area we may be able to travel to your site depending on the distance.Do you work onsite?
In general, we do not work onsite. However, it is something that can be discussed.What payment options are available?
We accept cash, checks, and Paypal.How are projects billed?
Projects can be billed at an hourly rate or by a flat project fee. We will work with you to evaluate your project needs and determine the best approach to fit your budget and your schedule. Project quotes are provided free of charge and followed by a no-obligation proposal.Unless different arrangements are made, our projects follow a 25-50-25 format. We require 25% percent of the payment to initiate the project, with 50% due midway through the project and the final 25% due upon completion of the project.
All approved projects are accompanied by a letter of agreement outlining the scope of the project and payment schedule, project deadline, the responsibilities of Fresh Words and the responsibilities of the client. This ensures that the client knows exactly what will be provided by Fresh Words, when it will be delivered, and at what cost.
